Wearable Art
This shop exclusively features one-of-a-kind prints by artist and multidisciplinary storyteller Niki Offutt. Niki was born and raised in shorts country (Florida), but her inspirations are all over the map and that’s what drew her to pattern design. “I love to puzzle and connect, and patterns are where my disparate interests can play together and create something truly unique.” Her quirky designs evoke smiles, sometimes a chuckle and maybe even a scratch of the head, but the goal is simply to delight. “I’m just trying to brighten things up around here. Especially on those grey days when activity seems like a long lost friend, I find it easier to roll out of bed knowing a comfortable and colorful pair of shorts is waiting for me."

Sustainably Yours
Your shorts are made just for you.
Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, and one in five clothing items heads to the landfill without ever being worn once. We work with on-demand suppliers, so we only produce items when they are ordered, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Our digital printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers. The inks used for printing are vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. We offer products made from recycled materials, and our packaging is partly recycled from post consumer waste. (It ain't pretty but it's what's on the inside that counts!)
What's in a pocket
Sure, some athletic shorts have a so-called "pocket" but if you prefer to carry more than your parakeets's cell phone, you'll be happy to know that our shorts fit an actual cell phone. Other items that can fit in our pockets include but are not limited to: tennis balls • pickleball balls • pickle in a bag • paperback • portable music device • pocket Constitution • pocket watch • pocket knife • ok, yes, you make a good point — pretty much anything that begins with "pocket" • and much, much more!
